We are currently searching for a part-time employee at our William's Court property in Kanata. This position is approximately 20 hours per week, which includes evening and weekend shifts.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor/ patrol the property;
  • Clean the fitness centre and clubhouse;
  • Assign visitor parking passes;
  • Assist in the cleaning of common areas;
  • Assist residents as needed; and,
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in similar role;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset;
  • Proven communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to work on a team and individually.
