We are currently seeking a full-time experienced
Custodian/Housekeeper to add to our team of professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring cleanliness and good repair of common areas, offices, and parking lots
  • Conducting carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Groundskeeping
  • Snow and ice removal
  • Operating and maintaining industrial floor cleaning equipment and other industrial equipment as needed
  • Ensuring building security at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
You work will be conducted to ensure excellent service, positive interactions and a safe environment for our tenants.


How You'll Succeed
Your success in this role will be supported by:

  • Previous custodial experience and the ability to perform minor repairs across various fields
  • Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
  • Multitasking ability and adaptability to shift focus as needed throughout the day
  • Consistent prioritization of safety for yourself and others during work activities

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 1year related experience
  • WHMIS 2015 certification
  • Dependable, trustworthy and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent maintenance troubleshooting skills
  • Effective interaction with coworkers and tenants
  • Basic proficiency of reading/writing English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills
  • Availability for oncall evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physically fit to carry out the duties
