COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS
We benchmark our salaries to the local market and pay a basic of 20% above market rate and have an aggressive commission structure giving our Technical Consultants the chance to realistically double their basic.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As
Technical Recruiter I, you will report to PER's Managing Director.
Based on the insight from the client calls and discussions with the Recruitment Manager, you will lead role-specific Calibration Calls with the Sourcing Team to improve their Profiling Score for your roles.
Personal development opportunities are provided through regular training sessions in recruitment with highly experienced recruiters, technical training with qualified engineers, and a personalized development plan guided by analytics.
MUST HAVES AND NICE TO HAVES
TECHNICAL SKILLS
A must have:
We're looking for someone with a proven technical aptitude within engineering. Whether that's having recruited or worked in the industry, you understand the language of engineers.
A nice to have:
Recruitment knowledge of power electronics, consumer electronics, RF electronics, or other electronics experience.
RECRUITMENT SKILLS
A nice to have:
Experience of managing clients as a recruiter.
SOFTWARE SKILLS
A must have:
Extremely competent at using web-based apps (e.g. a CRM), Social Media websites (e.g. LinkedIn), and Microsoft Office tools.
A nice to have:
Prior experience with a Recruitment CRM (big plus), Bullhorn (bigger plus), Teams (small plus).
SOFT SKILLS NEEDED
You are a loyal, highly organised, determined technical recruiter who works hard to achieve targets and is resilient when deals don't work out.
You communicate and collaborate effectively and are a positive energy around the office and constantly want to learn new skills and knowledge.
