OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
An opportunity to join PER as a Technical Consultant working remotely with our clients across Europe and US.
Realistic progression opportunities are available for this person to become an Account Manager.

We benchmark our salaries to the local market and pay above market rate and aggressive commission structure giving our Technical Consultants the chance to realistically double their basic.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
2+ years technical recruitment experience, ideally in staffing, semiconductors, energy, and electronics industries
- Extremely
competent at using webbased apps (e.g. a CRM), Social Media websites (e.g. LinkedIn), and Microsoft Office tools; prior experience with a Recruitment CRM (big plus), Bullhorn (bigger plus), Teams (small plus). - Proven track record of
exceeding targets:
Highly organised, determined technical consultant who works hard to achieve targets and is
resilient when deals don't work out;
communicate and collaborate effectively and are a
positive energy around the office.
