COMPENSATION AND OTHER BENEFITS
We benchmark our salaries to the local market and pay a basic of 20% above market rate and have an aggressive commission structure giving our Technical Consultants the chance to realistically double their basic.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- This is a high impact, client facing, managerial role at the heart of the Electronics and Energy Business Unit. You will work from home and will report directly to the Business Unit's Recruitment Director._
Account penetration means converting that client success into deeper relationships and results in greater access to our clients' vacancies and more integrated business models.
Targets will be set for your team and you will update senior management weekly on your team's progress during Pipeline Reviews.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
We're looking for someone with:
- 8+ years in technical recruitment; preferably in Electronics and/or Energy
- Proven track record of successful account management and development
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Fluent English
- Management experience
