  • Overview of Revive and Stride: CJI's Revive program supports adults who are impacted by sexual harm through group and dialogue services, and community education. Our services are for all those impacted by sexual harm including partners, families, and communities. CJI's Stride programs helps women and gender diverse people in prison build informal networks of support that assist them as they reintegrate back to the community. We also prepare the community to receive them safely and supportively.
  • Work with a Supervisor and Mentor to assist with our Revive and Stride programs:
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Case file and sensitive document and information management
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Social Media support
  • Conflict Management experience
  • Knowledge of sexual harm from a Restorative Justice lens
  • Grow understanding of Restorative Justice
  • Compiling client peer reviews
  • Assisting in client intake
  • Program administration
  • Resource development
  • Program planning

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of social justice or a willingness to learn
  • Highly collaborative style
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn quickly the navigation of tools like zoho, sharepoint, MS office, digital content creation, video editing, social media and design tools like canva and mailchimp, are all assets
  • Attention to detail
  • A criminal reference check will be required, however, a criminal record may not necessarily preclude employment
  • Must have flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours
  • Hybrid work environment
