Arrowsmith Moving & Storage is a reputable moving company that provides high-quality moving and storage services to clients in the local and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable driver/team leader to join our team.


The Driver/Mover (Team Leader) will be responsible for leading a moving crew, ensuring the safe transportation of goods to and from various locations, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the moving crew in loading and unloading household and commercial items
  • Drive a moving truck and transport items to and from various locations
  • Communicate effectively with the moving crew and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure that all items are properly secured and labeled
  • Keep the moving truck and equipment clean and wellmaintained
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a driver/team leader in the moving industry in an asset but not required.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour
