    Director of Sales Operations at BairesDev
    We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team and help drive our growth.

    This professional will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations team, overseeing a smooth, effective leads process and lead assignment, with the goal to improve the effectiveness of the sales flow.

    Manage the Sales Operations team to provide high-quality work with high productivity.

    • Oversee the lead qualification and assignment process to ensure that Sales reps receive the leads on time and with complete information.
    • Strategic oversight of the operations, with an understanding of data and metrics.
    • Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, lead generation managers) to improve processes and implement efficiencies.
    3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or related roles.

    • 5+ years of people management experience.
    • Past experience in IT or Software development companies.
    • Advanced English level, both oral and written.
    Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

    • Experience managing geographically distributed and remote teams.
    Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred
