We currently have an opening for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant position. If you think you have what it takes to meet the requirements and responsibilities of this position, then we want to hear from you
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical work including typing, filing, delivering messages, sorting mail, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Greets all visitors and directs as required and ensures that all visitors' procedures are respected
- Organizes domestic and international parcels/ shipments
- Makes preparation for meetings, cleans area, prepares handouts; arranges catering when requested
- Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Oversees daily and weekly maintenance of office machines
- Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Administrative office/ receptionist experience (1 to 3 years)
- Minimum of two years of computer experience and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle several tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Must be able to communicate and work well with others in a fastpaced work environment
- Must be committed to safety
