Summary

Responsibilities
Lead M&A transactions by
Identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential targets meeting our strategic criteria and specific metrics
Developing relationships with owners, advisors and investors that can lead to a transaction
Understanding the target's business and value drivers, and preparing a valuation model
Issuing indicative offers and signing letters of intent
Leading multifunctional teams (internal and external) to drive the transaction to signing and closing
Qualifications
Excellent academic performance
Strong communication skills. Fluency in English AND Portuguese OR Spanish is mandatory 510 years of experience in M&A
Experience working with software or technology is considered an asset
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint: ability to build complex financial models, to perform complex analyzes, and to structure and deliver presentations to senior management
Ability to work independently. High level of ownership and natural drive to take initiatives and get things done
Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to lead multifunctional teams (internal and external) with people from different cultural backgroundsWorker Type:Regular
