    Abstract Developments is searching for a talented Projects Director to join our growing, award-winning construction team.

    This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced, motivated Projects Director to help deliver multifamily homes to an ever-increasing base of customers.

    The Projects Director is a personable and insightful leader with at least fifteen years of construction management and industry experience.

    The right candidate will actively oversee the pre-development design, pre-construction, construction, and warranty phases of all construction projects. The Project Director leads by example by living by the company's core values of Passion, Quality, and Integrity. This position will also be responsible for championing the current Mission and ensuring the Vision of "Creating Iconic Spaces that Enhance How People Live" is embodied in all projects being proposed, constructed, and serviced to our customers. In addition, this position will play a vital role in ensuring strong communication is maintained with all other departments including Development, Finance/Accounting, Nvision Properties, Sales, and Marketing. Typically, the Projects Director will lead a team of approximately 7 Project Managers and Coordinators.
