Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of filling and packaging machinery within the wine and spirits industry.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge machinery solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the wine and spirits industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential customers within the wine and spirits industry who can benefit from our filling and packaging machinery solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including winery and distillery owners, production managers, and purchasing agents.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate our machinery solutions to potential customers, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in selling filling and packaging machinery or related equipment to the wine and spirits industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the wine and spirits industry, including production processes, packaging requirements, and industry trends.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain longterm customer relationships.
  • Selfmotivated, resultoriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to meet customers and attend industry events.

Office from 8:30am to 4:30pm


Supplementary income:
Commision of 3% on all projects sold

Starting at 65k based on experience

From $65,000.00 per year
