    Description
    MTE Logistix Calgary is seeking a highly motivated Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join the team.

    Reporting to the Customer Service Manager (CSM), this role involves performing administrative and specific order functions to ensure smooth transactions.

    The CSR plays a crucial role in achieving the department's operational goals by managing priorities effectively.

    Wage:
    $21.00 per hour.

    Schedule:
    7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

    About you:
    Your exceptional Customer Service knowledge, skills, and experience are unmatched. Your communication and problem-solving abilities make you a valuable team player who is focused, innovative, and collaborative.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain positive client relationships
    • Manage client account inventory accurately
    • Review warehouse returned orders
    • Communicate service issues to customers
    • Produce reports and summaries

    Requirements:
    • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or GED
    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Efficient data entry skills
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Adherence to standard operating procedures

    _Nice to have:_
    Experience in a 3PL fast-paced environment.
