Job Title
:
Head of Global Human Resources

(Must Speak Mandarin, Able to Travel)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global HR strategies that support the company's global goals and objectives
Oversee the talent acquisition process globally to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent across all regions, with a focus on Mandarinspeaking talent
Manage employee relations globally and provide guidance to managers on handling employeerelated issues across different cultures and regions, with a focus on Mandarinspeaking employees
Develop and implement performance management programs globally that align with the company's global goals and objectives
Ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages are competitive and in line with industry standards globally
Develop and implement training and development programs globally to enhance employee skills and knowledge across different cultures and regions
Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations globally
Provide leadership and guidance to the global HR team
Serve as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team on global HR matters
Travel internationally as needed to manage HR operations and initiatives across different regions

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in global human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Fluency in Mandarin is required
Strong knowledge of global HR laws and regulations
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse cultures and regions
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels globally
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and regions
Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
SHRM or other relevant certification preferred
