- Develop, manage and deliver strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the SVP, Customer Experience
- Evaluate customer experience, drive problem/project scoping, business case development and insight generation
- Run complex, critical, strategic projects to improve the customer experience in close partnership with cross-functional teams
- Analyse customer and KPI trends to draw insights, and recommend initiatives to drive business performance
- Create customer facing analysis and business reviews to position us as partners and thought leaders to our customers
- Own a strategy for our Customer Advisory board and key clients
- Manage stakeholders across the business to deliver key outcomes, present strategies and insights to executive level leadership
- Act as a key source of knowledge and subject matter expertise on topics of strategy, business model, and market / competitive dynamics from a customer perspective
- Experience with the creation, planning, and delivery of customer strategy
- Extensive experience in root cause analysis of key metrics and trends
- Experience working on large, global and potentially complex projects that span across the organisation
- Strong understanding of customer unit economics, and growth drivers
- Ability to do your job in a truly flexible hybrid environment (3 days a week in office);
