Position Summary:

Direct Relationships:

  • Team Manager, Customer Account Management
  • Manager, Customer Service
  • Sr. Manager, Customer Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer accounts including but not limited to:
  • Consolidation and de-consolidation.
  • Research and process credits and adjustments.
  • Plate maintenance activities.
  • Address changes.
  • Track and record daily transactions for productivity measures.
  • Participate in daily team huddles to review individual performance, workload priorities and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Other projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work any schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm as well as additional hours when required to meet department objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 1 2 years' experience in a customer service type role or ecommerce environment.
  • General knowledge, equivalent to secondary school completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be detail and process oriented.
  • Analytical aptitude, highly motivated, well organized, and disciplined.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Maestro, Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of 407 ETR business would be considered an asset.
