Position Summary:
Direct Relationships:
- Team Manager, Customer Account Management
- Manager, Customer Service
- Sr. Manager, Customer Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts including but not limited to:
- Consolidation and de-consolidation.
- Research and process credits and adjustments.
- Plate maintenance activities.
- Address changes.
- Track and record daily transactions for productivity measures.
- Participate in daily team huddles to review individual performance, workload priorities and identify areas of opportunity.
- Other projects or tasks as assigned.
- Flexibility to work any schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm as well as additional hours when required to meet department objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1 2 years' experience in a customer service type role or ecommerce environment.
- General knowledge, equivalent to secondary school completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be detail and process oriented.
- Analytical aptitude, highly motivated, well organized, and disciplined.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel)
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Maestro, Salesforce.
- Knowledge of 407 ETR business would be considered an asset.
