Description

Overhead Door of Nova Scotia Ltd., is an established family owned business incorporated in 1956 and located in Dartmouth, NS.

We provide a wide range of garage doors, accessories and service to both residential and commercial customers within Nova Scotia.

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Perform invoicing for both sales and service
  • Collection of accounts receivable
  • Customer service to both in person and phone customers
  • Processing of accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Assist with sales processing for our sales team
  • Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians
  • Other accounting and office administration tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Completed post secondary education in business administration with a focus on office administration and/or accounting.
  • Possess excellent time management and organization skills
  • Well developed computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Thrive on detailed processes, organization and documentation

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
