Overhead Door of Nova Scotia Ltd., is an established family owned business incorporated in 1956 and located in Dartmouth, NS.
We provide a wide range of garage doors, accessories and service to both residential and commercial customers within Nova Scotia.
We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team.Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians
- Perform invoicing for both sales and service
- Collection of accounts receivable
- Customer service to both in person and phone customers
- Maintaining filing systems
- Assist with sales processing for our sales team
- Other accounting and office administration tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Completed post secondary education in business administration with a focus on office administration and/or accounting.
- Possess excellent time management and organization skills
- Well developed computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Thrive on detailed processes, organization and documentation
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
