We provide a wide range of garage doors, accessories, and service to both residential and commercial customers within Nova Scotia.

We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Learn estimating software and provide clients with quotations
Review, interpret and clarify shop drawings, blueprints, and scope of work documents to provide customers with pricing for work to be completed
Visit retail and construction sites to measure and analyze work required for customer. Provide pricing as needed.
Soliciting information from subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders to grow and gain new business opportunities.
Analyze cost and sales report to direct sales efforts

Requirements:

Construction estimating experience
Construction sales experience is considered an asset
Welldeveloped computer skills
An understanding of finance reports (sales, costs, margin, business segments) and their impact on the business as a whole
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable vehicle which will be reimbursed per kilometer
