Maintenance Manager
Day Shift - 4 x 10 Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Evening/Weekends/On Call when needed
Salary - Based on experience.

Starting wage dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect and maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Organize, coordinate and perform routine and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment (welders, forklifts, bearings, gearboxes, chains, buildings, control panels etc.)
  • Make recommendations on new equipment or service requirements
  • Work closely with other department managers and supervisors in coordinating repairs or ordering parts
  • Act as the primary contact between the company and maintenance service providers
  • Provide leadership and lead by example
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Hire and train according to departments goals and objectives

Employment requirements:


  • Mechanical or electrical experience is an asset
  • Maintenance experience (3+ years)
  • Leadership experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of machinery and tools
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to trouble shoot issues and repairs
  • Willingness to learn
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude
  • Team player
  • Able to lift 50lbs
