As a support role, the Project Coordinator is the jack of all trades who can juggle responsibilities and deadlines from multiple projects, task actionable items to their project teams, and adhere to established processes while still being flexible enough to ensure the project's forward momentum.
At ngx in the role of Project Coordinator, you do all this and are a major contributor to the success of our Project team.
Qualifications
- 12 years' experience as a project coordinator or assistant
- Preferably digital (software, animation, or multimediarelated projects are ideal), with many moving pieces.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Project Manager and Producer for project success.
- Acts as a liaison between project managers, producers, and the entire production team.
- Notetakes and creates meeting minutes and summaries from client calls, team meetings, and attends to any subsequent followup.
- Helps create and maintain project documentation.
- Tracks project assets and manages asset procurement.
- Tracks project feedback and manages distribution to required parties.
- Sets up and helps maintain projects across all systems/platforms.
Skills
- Proficiency with Project Management Tools, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Unusually precise attention to detail in written documentation.
- Unflappable, highly organized, agile, solution
- Aptitude for knowledgeorganization systems.
- Aptitude for detailoriented coordination, administration, and management tasks.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the tasks at hand.
- Willingness to contribute to development of internal processes.
- Dedication to excellence ensures our company continues to exceed client expectations.
Bonus Points
- Demonstrated engagement with arts, culture, education, history, or sciences.
- Familiarity with Wrike and Gather Content.
- Strong keyboarding proficiency.
- Interest in new technology, and able to pick up new tools/processes quickly.
- Ability to interpret project documents, including but not limited to floor plans, renders, & elevations.
- Continued desire to learn about project management, exhibit design, content strategy, and technology.
