Responsibilities Taxation

Liaison with CRA, IRS, Provincial, municipal, and state tax audit authorities.
Assisting in preparing and providing schedules to support financial audits
Prepare provincial/state, municipal and federal sales, and corporate tax returns
Research and analyze, nonroutine accounting and tax issues and key agreements
Liaise with the company's external tax advisors to prepare quarterly/annual tax provisions, ensure that tax returns are accurately completed and filed on time, and assist with all other tax matters as they arise
Prepare and issue year end investment and payment slips such as but not limited to T5's and 1099's
Commission reporting monthly and quarterly
Provide banking support such as daily cash reporting and cash management.
Cash flow provide weekly KPI's to executive team.
Ad hoc assignments and duties as required Skills:
University Degree specializing in accounting, finance, economics, or business
An CPA, Masters in Accounting or working towards a designation.
Advanced Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels
Good analytical skills
3 years of progressive experience in a financial role About Us:
