    Please note this is a 6-month contract position.
    • ARCHMILL HOUSE is a leading custom manufacturer of high-end architectural millwork and premium store fixtures serving commercial, institutional and retail markets. Our primary focus is on market segments where quality custom architectural millwork matters.

    The Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.

    This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem-solving to ensure success.

    Archmill House will provide every opportunity to learn, grow and stretch to the highest level of your ability and potential.

    Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts, preparing statutory declarations and account reconciliation when required.

    Process monthly progress billings for architectural millwork jobs.
    Tracking work orders on progress billing spreadsheets.
    Coordinate bi-weekly AR meetings.
    Banking, processing bank deposits, cash flow projections, and all associated finance entries.
    Customer account maintenance.
    Assist with special projects as required.


    Accounts Payable Support:
    Generate accounts payable reports and analysis as needed, providing insights into vendor spending, payment trends, and aging analysis.
    Liaise with the Archmill team and the offshore accounts payable team as needed.
    Construction experience is an asset.
    ~ Worked with Accounting systems in the past - QuickBooks Enterprise a plus.
    ~ MS Office experience required.
    ~ EDUCATION & TRAINING
    ~ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
