Braebury is looking for an outgoing and organized individual to join our team of property management individuals for a one year contract or maybe even longer.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be working in our office filing, organizing and assisting the various staff in both Residential and Commercial operations.
The Administrative Assistant is required to liaise with staff, residents, and trades in a timely and detailed manner regarding work orders, repairs, and general questions to continue the professional relationship with our tenants.

Responsibilities/Tasks- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
- Maintain and update property management databases and files
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with vendors and maintenance staff
- Assist with accounting tasks, including purchase orders, rent collection, and service hours collection and recording
- Prepare and send out meeting minutes, tenant notices, and other documents as needed
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

As part of our team, you will learn a wide array of skills and work alongside passionate individuals.High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency and ability to learn computer property management software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
