    What will be your mandate:

    You will report to the Director and accompany the People and Culture team in the management of human resources files. If you want to touch all areas of HR as a generalist, you are in the right place

    More detailed responsibilities include:

  • Be the point of contact for employees, meet their needs and maintain their records;
  • Participate in welcoming and onboarding new employees;
  • Administrative management of HR files (maternity/paternity, work stoppage, work permit, benefits, OHS, recognition, etc.);
  • Participate in various committees (OHS, French language, etc.);
  • Perform the role of super user of the computerized HR system;
  • Write French and English documents, letters, policies, presentations, etc.;
  • Participate in improving the employee experience (analysis of survey results, recommending possible solutions, etc.);
  • Propose and coordinate various presentations and trainings,
  • Perform all other duties required by the function;
  • Support the People and Culture team in the deployment of various projects.

    • What you are proud to offer:

  • BSc in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and up to 3 years of business experience in HR functions;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (French and English since PixMob is an international company);
  • Very good organization of work, rigor and comfortable taking initiatives;
  • Use good judgment, tact and discretion to maintain confidentiality;
  • Comfortable handling multiple files;
  • And of course, you must like to have fun at work
