The Role

Marketing Campaigns

Support the delivery of analytics for campaigns
Work with senior Marketing team members to summarize key results and analytics for campaigns and projects
Assist in the identification of marketing opportunities

Internal and External Communications

Assist in the execution of Marketing annual objectives
Ensure communications are clear, consistent, appropriately branded, and follow brand standards
Create and maintain internal process documents
List management and report creation in Marketing Cloud

General Support

Backup of general administrative support, including management of the communication inbox

Marketing Processes and Standards

Comply with marketing standards and follow set processes for routine work
Assist with the development of marketing processes

What You Bring To The Team

Experience with including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and CloudPages would be an asset
Good understanding of marketing campaign management
Knowledge of mortgage industry and mortgage brokering in Canada would be an asset
Experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or related field
Proficient data management and excel skills
Effective planning and time management skills
A proactive and ambitious marketer who enjoys developing new solutions to challenging problems
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Excited about data and finding useful nuggets of information to make smart marketing decisions
Experience running and optimizing large scale marketing campaigns
Knowledge of professional communications and marketing principles
Ability to maintain confidentiality on all sensitive matters
Enthusiastic, creative, and experienced in working effectively in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external contacts
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Strong customer service skills
Selfdriven, motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Carries out duties with integrity and takes responsibility for actions
Desire to learn and succeed
Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Knowledge of AMPscript & SQL an asset
University Degree in marketing, communications, computer science or related field
