Our client, a leading provider in the plumbing and hydronics industry, is looking for a dedicated Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate. If you excel in customer service, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you

Role Overview

As a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

This position combines sales responsibilities with essential warehouse tasks to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service.

What You Will Do

Order Processing: Process orders quickly, handle returns and required paperwork, and source items not in stock.

Warehouse Duties: Assist with picking and packing orders, restocking items, and accurately keeping track of inventory.

Logistics Support: Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and make deliveries when needed.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to resolve issues related to orders, transfers, and purchase orders. Provide support and training to junior staff.

What We Require

Experience: Over 2 years in a customer-facing role within the industry.

Background Check: A clear police record is necessary for employment.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable in plumbing and hydronics, with a strong history of good customer service and building strong connections.

Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical details effectively to different people.

Independence: Able to work independently, take charge, and be responsible.

Flexibility: Flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the business.

Pay:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour
