Pay Rate:
$21-$24 based on experience



Schedule:
9 hour shifts between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:


  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service by actively engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
  • Process customer orders by accurately picking and packing materials for delivery or pickup.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries regarding products, services, and orders to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Source nonstocking items for customers, demonstrating problemsolving skills to fulfill specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage stock orders for the branch as assigned, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Process returns for customers, coordinating with vendors to obtain Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) as needed.
  • Participate in stock replenishment activities to ensure product availability.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized counter and warehouse environment.
  • Assist warehouse staff with various tasks, including receiving purchase orders, stocking shelves, loading/unloading products, and more.
  • Perform deliveries if required.
  • Embrace flexibility and perform any additional duties as required by the role.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience and strong product knowledge in the plumbing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Effective problemsolving skills to address customer concerns and find timely solutions.
  • Willingness to work additional hours to ensure effective job performance.
  • Must be able to provide a clear police record check.

Salary:
$21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
