What You Will Do:
Responsible for planning and scheduling overall collections activities, in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements.
Primary contact with vendors (Collection Agencies & supporting vendors).
Responsible for vendor invoice reconciliation and processing.
Responsible for identifying and reporting accounts for collections and write-offs.
Back up for critical tasks in collections.
Subject matter expert for projects which identify improvements and/or changes to applications functionality and provide insights into operational impacts for collections.
Who You Are:
You will have the following education & experience:
Minimum university degree or technical diploma with 2 years' experience. An equivalent combination of education, certification, work experience will be considered.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Customer Care functions, processes and policies preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Oracle, Maximo, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Dialer, Techcom Application, data queries.
2+ years experience working with SAP in customer service delivery capacity.
