    Job Overview:

    The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre is in need of an Administrative Assistant to offer clerical assistance to the Quality and Patient Safety Lead, Director of Patient Care Services, and Director of Corporate Services.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate/Diploma in secretarial/business administration studies or a mix of education and experience preferred.



    • Excellent understanding of office administration tasks, communication between departments, and public relations.
    • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills honed in a dynamic
    work setting.


    • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
