As a private wealth manager, you help maintain business relationships and promote services offered to members and clients.
You develop and maintain business relationships with affluent or VIP clients—primarily members and clients, associations and groups—to ensure they are getting the most of their products and services and are fully satisfied with them.
You drive results by leveraging yourexperience and expertise to help retain and support clients.
You intervene on behalf of clients with diversified and complex needs, where effective communication skills
and a clear understanding of needs expressed are essential. Your complex work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of the organization and your line of business.
You lead, influence and serve as expert advisor to clients and practitioners. You represent Desjardins and
enter the organization into agreements with members and clients, and have the latitude and frequent opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms.
General Information on the Position
More specifically, you serve high-net-worth clients for Desjardins Private Wealth Management and provide a comprehensive lineup of investment, tax planning, trust, financing, banking and other products and services.
Main responsibilities- Maintain lasting, personal business relationships with important clients to promote services- Manage accounts by serving as the link between clients and the organization and ensuring- that products and services are appropriately used and updated, and that they maintain satisfaction levels- Recommend strategies and solutions to reach objectives, such as sound risk management, portfolio profitability and improved business relationships- Identify and analyze member and client needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience including 4 years in investment management
