    Description
    We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and driven Customer Service & Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team
    Product knowledge training and skill building opportunities
    The Customer Service & Counter Sales Representative is responsible for handling inquiries to Near North Supply Inc.

    submitted in person at the sales counter, via telephone, via email, via fax or by any other electronic or direct means in an expedient manner.

    Superior customer service is of utmost importance.
    Relays order status to customers or the status of credits and warranty claims
    Responds to customer inquiries on installation, troubleshooting, appropriate adjacent equipment, etc.; Maintains the CRM database, customer order records, and associated documentation
    Responsible for supporting the customer service members and assisting the shipping and receiving department
    2– 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role
    ~ Previous experience in Plumbing or Construction and CRM considered an asset
