We are looking for a determined individual to join our Sales Team. If you actively seek new business opportunities, sell with confidence and honesty, and truly understand your clients' needs, then our team and rewards system are meant for you.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth in a highly productive, sales-focused environment. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.

You will collaborate closely with account managers and your sales team to cultivate strong and mutually beneficial client relationships.

If you are successful, you could potentially
earn over $100,000 in your first year.


Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential clients.
  • Start the sales process by arranging meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering initial presentations.
  • Secure sales by establishing rapport with potential clients, showcasing our service offerings, addressing concerns, and finalizing agreements.
  • Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting.
  • Effectively use and maintain your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep client information up to date.
  • Manage your top 25 client prospects list within the CRM system.
  • Foster a positive work environment through respectful and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in the field.
  • Proven track record of success (exceeding sales goals for at least 2 full years, e.g., achieving 105% via scorecard or sales dashboard).
  • Strong abilities in prospecting and expanding a customer base.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly in data entry and managing sales information effectively.
  • Previous sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) is a plus.
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Organized approach to sales processes, guiding clients from initial contact to finalizing deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering engaging presentations and one-on-one meetings.
  • Ability to coordinate team efforts and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing departments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
