    Description
    Our client, a major oil and gas producer, is looking for a Site Coordinator based out of downtown Calgary, AB for a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Coordinator, Office Projects, the successful candidate will assist in coordinating workers and trades at a new office space, working a M-F schedule.

    Responsibilities:
  • Document construction updates and communicate daily with the team
  • Coordinate and monitor on-site office construction/renovations
  • Handle on-site status, change requests, and trade inquiries
  • Complete deficiency and turnover walk-throughs with trades
  • Provide on-site safety requirements and briefings
  • Maintain contact during office closures for trades
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Extensive experience working on similar civil construction projects

    • Ability to multitask

    • Organized

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    • Strong communicator (verbal and written)

    • Post Secondary Education in Trades or PM considered an asset
