- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate staff activities, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to maximize productivity, safety, and product quality.
- Establish and monitor metrics, performance targets, and key performance indicators for effective return on assets.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide guidance and training to staff as needed.
- Maintain and manage the factory's facilities and equipment, overseeing repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 7+ years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for operating a Plant.
- Strong understanding of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
- Proficiency in manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
- Familiarity with safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
