Tu es la personne qu'il nous fautDescription du posteEn tant que Directeur d'usine, vous serez responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects de notre usine, y compris les lignes de production automatisées, le respect de toutes les normes de qualité établies et l'utilisation de différents outils technologiques. You are the person we are looking forJob DescriptionAs a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our factory, including automated production lines, adherence to all established quality standards, and the use of various technological tools. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, cost control, and overall efficiency optimization.Responsibilities
• Supervise daily factory operations to achieve organizational, financial, and operational key performance indicators (quality, food safety, health, and security);
• Collaborate closely with external suppliers and maintenance and engineering employees to quickly resolve technical issues associated with production lines;
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program;
• Provide direct training and development of staff to enhance factory performance;
• Supervise stock levels, ensuring optimal stocks to meet customer demand (this involves overseeing and collaborating closely with the procurement/purchasing manager);
• Use ERP systems and other technological tools to improve production planning and resource allocation;
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or another related field;
• Experience in plant management, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry;
• Understanding of production equipment, with exposure to electromechanical skills and factory maintenance management;
• Expertise in continuous improvement and knowledge of systematic problem-solving processes (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.);
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 22000, GFSI, SQF, BRC, HACCP, GMP, or equivalent standards;
