    Description
    • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
    • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience
    • Tasks

    • Conduct interviews with patients to gather case histories
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Complete insurance and other claim forms
    • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, prepare spreadsheets, and review documents
    • Establish and manage confidential medical files and records
    • Perform data entry tasks
    • Deliver excellent customer service
    • Computer and technology knowledge

    • Proficient in MS Word
    • Skilled in Electronic mail usage
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
    • Familiar with MS Windows operating system
    • Experience with MS Outlook
    • Work Term: Permanent position
    • Language: English proficiency
    • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
