  • Status: Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week)
  • Salary Range: $40,726$44,954 annually

The key responsibilities of this position will include:_**- Maintain an overall working knowledge of all the programs and services in the agency.


  • Completing record keeping and file maintenance for the department including storage, retrieval and purging.
  • Ensuring all terminated files correspond with accurate information in the database.
  • Organizing ticket distribution list for donated ticket event opportunities.
  • Assisting with data entry for the service delivery department.
  • Assisting in office administration and maintenance including interacting with suppliers.
  • Overseeing supply orders for the Riverdale office and ensuring adequate amount of cleaning and sanitizing supplies, office supplies, kitchen supplies for staff are always available.
  • Responsibility for overall building support including daily kitchen upkeep and cleaning high touch surfaces.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with involvement in an administrative role
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented and have attention to detail
  • Diploma or related administrative certificate an asset
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle is an asset
  • Flexibility to provide 12 evenings per week is an asset.
