About the Position:


The Junior Analyst, Revenue & Analytics reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue & Analytics and is responsible for assisting in providing analysis and support on several revenue programs for the national portfolio.

They will work with the team to provide administrative duties and assist with the implementation of processes and procedures within the Revenue Management and Analytics function.


Key Responsibilities:


Data & Analytics

  • Enhance data in Data Warehouse through collecting data from operations team (properties & suite attributes, features, etc.) and cleaning system data
  • Provide support in maintaining the Market Survey report in collaboration Sales & Marketing Team and other Team Members
  • Key role in gathering CMHC/market/industry data for comparative analysis

Revenue Management & Budgeting

  • Provide support on analysis and reporting on revenue programs in addition to other programs as needed
  • Organize and administer all floor plans and parking schematics for all properties
  • Support annual budgeting process in forecasting major revenue and expense accounts

Other

  • Support Tenant Insurance Program in collaboration with operations team and tenant insurance vendors
  • Review Tenant Insurance data to identify strategic opportunities and areas for improvement

Job Requirements:


Education and Experience:


  • University degree business, finance or real estate related degree would be an asset
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for value creation
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships and credibility with both internal and external parties

Qualifications:


  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Superior attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to summarize large amounts of detail and identify issues and trends
  • Driven and selfmotivated individual
  • A professional demeanor coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • A high degree of proficiency in Excel is required
  • Experience with Yardi would be an asset
  • Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
