Production Technician

Role Overview:
The Production Technician holds the responsibility of preparing rooms and equipment for production, along with providing support during production activities.
The role requires independent work, a clear understanding of the production schedule, and prioritization skills to ensure the availability of rooms, equipment, and inventory for successful production batch completion.
Your Contribution:
Cleaning and Preparation:
- Prepare cleaning agents and execute the cleaning of rooms and equipment according to SOPs, protocols, and/or batch records.
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail in all cleaning and preparation activities.
Documentation:
- Document all production, cleaning, and maintenance activities using sound documentation practices.
- Ensure accurate and thorough recording of relevant information.
Inventory Management:
- Daily stocking of gowning, supplies, and tools.
- Conduct regular inventory reviews to prevent shortages and ensure availability for production needs.
Safety Procedures:
- Work in strict accordance with safe work procedures.
- Promptly identify and correct safety concerns to maintain a secure work environment.
Deviation Management:
- Proactively prevent, recognize, and properly report any deviations during production, documentation, cleaning, and/or maintenance activities.
- Participate in timely investigations and resolutions of deviations.
Housekeeping:
- Maintain a consistently high degree of housekeeping and cleanliness in both production and general work areas.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues from production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
Assistance in Production Activities:
- Assist production operators and supervisors as required during production activities.
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Understanding of SOPs and safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure production goals are met.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
