    IPD (Burnaby), Commerical Warehouses, Large EV Infrastucture projects (lowermainland), Large multilevel Office TI's, Hotel's, Small/Midsized Multifamily (Vancouver & Burnaby)
  • With numerous sites across the lower mainland, we do our best to plan manpower to avoid travel time when we can.

  • Must be able to manage commercial projects, and meet targets and deadlines provided.
  • Must be eager to learn and master their craft and enjoy the trade.
  • Must be able to or want to learn to interpret blueprint drawings
  • Eager to learn proficiently in understanding timelines for projects and maintaining the schedule.
  • Willing to learn the understanding of subtrades scope/scheduling/interference.
  • Ability to take direction from a project manager, respectful of their knowledge and expertise.
  • Be respectful to our customers and clients to help build lasting relationships

Salary:
$45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
