Become a Compliance and Physical Security Coordinator


The Compliance and Physical Security Coordinator support the establishment and maintenance of all security and compliance requirements throughout eStruxture enterprise, by ensuring consistent and effective practices, policies, and procedures, while providing guidance and assisting in the development of compliance and security related initiatives.

The incumbent of this position must be a motivated self-starter who is compliance-driven and results-oriented, possessing the skills and flexibility necessary to build solid relationships with internal customers and operational counterparts.

Your contribution**The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support security and compliance posture at eStruxture**- Administration of Compliance including quarterly control review attestations, producing reports from the SwordGRC system for the development of Compliance Reports, conducting training for users, responding to inquiries, and liaising with Internal Auditors.

  • Ensure monitoring oversight of compliance and security within eStruxture locations

Documentation

  • Assist in developing, analyze, document, and validate compliance requirements and/or specifications for new initiatives, processes, or enhancements/upgrades to existing systems to support core compliance and security requirements.
  • Support the development and delivery compliance documentation (customer inquiries, RFIs, business requirements (compliance, security, functional, and nonfunctional), business process issues and risks (ensuring that necessary certification and audit controls are addressed). Investigate and recommend solutions using sound business judgment.

Audits

  • Schedule and coordinate evidence gathering, meetings, and walkthroughs of the SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 annual audits.
  • Coordinate business assurance review, monitoring and testing activity for compliance requirements.
  • Support Internal and External Auditors (as required)
  • Assist with the Canada Contract Security Program
  • Track and support the timely remediation of Audit findings.

Security

  • Support and collaborate with Physical Security and Compliance Manager on security related incidents
  • Coordinate the documentation, recommendations, and implementation of corrective security measures.

The profile we are looking for

Experience

  • An intermediate level, along with demonstrated experience at team lead level in a similar environment, or knowledge in compliance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Compliance role.
  • Experience with coordinating schedules, requests, and documents with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with developing reporting documents as directed.
  • Experience with working with different stakeholders within the organization including senior management.
  • Compliance/datacenter/information security/operations experience. an asset.
  • Experience in the operational aspects of compliance, and information security management controls and implementation of policies relating to these areas, an asset.

Education/Certification/Designation
College Degree in Business Administration, IT related field or equivalent
