    Description

    Software and Managed Services Strategy Specialist - Hybrid

    • Have you launched Managed Services or Software solutions?
    • Can you develop a strategic approach to developing/recommending and implementing a new service and/or solution?

    Join the team as the Software and Managed Services Strategy Specialist, supporting the Sr. Manager of Strategy Planning. You'll have a key role in creating strategic actions and plans for Canon Canada's complete Software and Managed Services portfolio, making impactful recommendations based on gathered data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with various departments to develop detailed product launch plans.
    • Recommend communication tools in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
    • Monitor sales KPIs to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
    • Work with teams to initiate strategic programs based on opportunities.
    • Guide team members in executing strategic plans.
    • Assist in monitoring KPIs related to the Software and Managed Services portfolio.
    • Maintain updated knowledge through interactions with Canon sales companies and industry organizations.

    To Succeed, You Will Need:

    • Post-secondary education in Business or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing product life cycles.
    • Intermediate analytical skills to assess customer requirements.
    • Intermediate time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Intermediate project/process management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Fluency in French and English is an asset.
    • Experience working with Canon product lines is advantageous.
