True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for an
Administrative Coordinator
that
will provide administrative and organizational support for the True North Youth Foundation's Camp Manitou.**Join our team at TNSE as we search for a motivated, team-oriented individual to fill the role of
Camp Manitou Administrative Coordinator.
In this position, you will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations for Camp Manitou, overseeing everything from group bookings to staff scheduling.
Additionally, your role will extend to the frontlines of camp, where your outgoing personality and enthusiasm will create a warm welcoming atmosphere for campers.

_What to be excited for in this role:
Organizational Administration- Facilitate group bookings, event bookings, summer registration and invoicing using the 'Camp Brain' system
- Manage and record keeping of camper and staff information
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding of Camp Manitou seasonal employees
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and accreditation checks
- Assist in the development of camp budget
- Assist in developing/managing special events for fundraising and promotion of camp
- Together with the Camp Director, manage donor recognition and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation of cheque requisitions and financial tracking spreadsheet updates
- Assist in the ongoing development of a comprehensive marketing plan for Camp Manitou in conjunction with the Camp Director and the TNSE Marketing department
- Work with the Camp Director and TNSE Marketing team in the development of the Camp Manitou social media
- Provide customer service for the various rental groups and events
- Perform shopping functions for Camp as needed
- Manage the Petty Cash and any cash/cheque payments that come in with the appropriate paperwork and ensure the timely transfer to the True North Youth Foundation (TNYF) Finance department
- Assist with TNYF events as needed
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Camp Director, Director, Finance and Development, TNYF or TNYF Executive Director
- **Organizational Integration*
- Maintain healthy working relationships with all other True North and Winnipeg Jets Hockey Academy (WJHA) departments, offering and receiving assistance (hockey operations, game production, corporate/ticket sales, marketing, finance/accounting, building operations, IT, HR, etc.).
What we need from you:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Able to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Valid Class 5 license and access to a vehicle
