The Billing Specialist is a customer facing member of the Revenue Operations Team responsible for accurate and timely processing of various types of sales orders in multiple systems.

Please note this is a

Fixed Term Contract Position.

What You'll Do:

Processes orders; license deliveries, activations, cancellations.
Verifies order configuration and general compliance with contractual guidelines.
Responsible for populating data in partner profiles; license types/counts, expiration dates.
Ability to multitask and handle high volume of orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and other cross functional organization on sales order issues.
Customer Service focused with a positive attitude.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology/tools.
Adheres to departmental guidelines and policies.
Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions

What You'll Bring:

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
Ideally one year of experience in an accounting role such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
Education in Accounting
Strong attention to detail, organized with adherence to deadlines.
Experience with Salesforce considered an asset.
