    Sales and Service Support Representative

    Aviation Ground Fueling Technologies (AGFT) provides leading edge aviation fueling parts, systems and solutions across Canada. Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, AGFT has operations throughout Canada.

    Our Edmonton location is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Representativeto support our diverse operations in this full-timeposition.

    Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales & Service Representative will ensure clients are provided with in-depth knowledge of products and services.

    The Sales & Service Representative will work to maintain and develop business relationships through outstanding customer service.

    Execute the expansion of the business by proactively pursuing business opportunities and selling products and services throughout the designated region.

    Maintain/service fueling systems and parts when required.

    Maintain a tidy and orderly work area exhibiting pride in work performance and contributing to a healthy and safe work environment.

    Ensure exceptional, courteous, and respectful customer service is provided at all times.
    Comply with and participate in the Company's Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives.
    Travel to various customer sites within assigned region to perform service and inspections as needed.
    Completion of Technical or business degree preferred.
    Previous working experience in the aviation industry, with direct working knowledge of fuel systems.
    An understanding of fueling procedures, equipment, and parts are an asset.
    Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
    Customer focused and service driven.
