Analyst, Product Effectiveness, Summer Student

Providing administrative support to the Portfolio Management & Integrated Tools team as required
Performing research and providing answers for product management inquiries.
Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
Providing testing support for the various integrated tools for Life, Health and Wealth.

Job Summary

This position supports the development and management of insurance products and sales metrics enabling analysis and insight to support purposeful business strategies, sales, marketing and performance management tools.

It also supports corporate goals of revenue enhancement, prudent NIAT growth, and market leadership. This role supports the attainment of our strategic objectives and greatly influences the brand reputation for RBC Insurance.
