Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this role supports the team in administrative tasks, employee follow-up, and program implementation. Responsibilities include daily HR management, recruitment support, integration, group insurance, training, and more.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Acquisition team in recruitment
Maintain HR information system
Act as payroll contact
Update organizational charts
Manage intern files
Participate in employee reception and integration
Handle administrative HR tasks
Support projects and OHS committee
Contribute to employer brand development
Support managers in HR policies application
Write documents in French and English
Improve employee experience and change management
Follow up on employee files
Analyze HR indicators data
Coordinate training and HR presentations
Perform other required tasks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR/industrial relations
1-3 years HR experience
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with HRIS
Strong organizational skills
Initiative, judgment, and discretion
Computer proficiency
Accountability and prioritization
Ability to create simple and attractive documents
Enjoys a fun work environment

Work Environment

The work environment is typically indoors within a warehouse facility, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud noises. Safety equipment and procedures are provided for a safe working environment.
