We offer a full-service 84 room hotel with amazing amenities such as saltwater pool, dry saunas, gym, fine dining restaurant and bar.

We also have a private banquet hall and drawbridge room available for business, conferences, and leisure events.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a passionate, dedicated and detail-orientated part time. Breakfast Buffet attendant to join our team.

The Breakfast attendant will approach our guests in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner and provide each guest with a dining experience that will be remembered long after their stay.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a breakfast server, you will set up the buffet for guests, provide excellent customer service, take drink orders, clear up tables, and take down the buffet.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warmly welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.
Take guests beverage orders, making recommendations, advising of menu options and assist with special requests.
Serve beverages to the table promptly following appropriate procedures.
Communicate with the kitchen regarding buffet questions, dietary requirements, and special requests.
Record transactions in the Maitre D system correctly and timely
Checkin with guests from time to time to assure satisfaction with the food and beverage.
Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
Notify the kitchen for restocking the buffet as needed.
Clean tables, complete closing duties and restock tableware and other supplies.
Work safely and in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Always maintain cleanliness of the buffet area.
Set up and take down buffet dishes (lifting and moving up to 80 pounds).
Perform any and all other tasks, which are assigned by management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Smart Serve Certification (required)
Experience as a restaurant server or buffet attendant (1+ year required)
Strong customer service skills
High level of people skills
Fluent in English
Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds
