    Senior Product Manager - Toronto (hybrid work)
    ~ Full-time Rewind has moved to a hybrid model of work with our employees working from an office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our office location in Toronto is 350 Bay Street. As a Senior Product Manager at Rewind, you will be at the heart of our mission, focusing on deepening the value we provide to our current customers. Your focus will be on our mid-market to enterprise customers employees). Your role will involve a strategic blend of customer engagement and innovative product development, ensuring our solutions continually exceed customer expectations in the dynamic B2B SaaS market. Know the commercial context of product work, including NDR and margin, owning elements like pricing.
    ~ Work with engineering to reduce scope to ship customer value every two weeks.
    ~ Measure customer and company value for everything you ship.
    ~ Ensure we do not ship poor quality products.
    ~ Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, as well as experience building product for employee, mid-market, companies. Experience with early-stage products going from MVP to product-market fit.
    ~ Demonstrated experience in agile collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    ~ A track record of speaking directly with mid-market customers in customer development interviews.
    ~ Exceptional communication skills with an ability to work across multiple projects, aligning on goals and deliverables.
